Who do we work for?

Our customer base ranges from small independent engineering workshops and facilities maintenance companies to large food and drink companies and water authorities.

All our customers are treated with the same importance, because it makes no difference how big or small a company is, if a machine is not working it costs time and money. Our aim is always to repair, replace and remanufacture in the quickest time possible, while still producing a lasting repair.

What do we do?

We are here to help when equipment fails and understand that machines do not always break down during normal working hours. That is why we offer a 24-hour service, with out of hour’s calls going to an engineer, not a call centre, ensuring a quick response to our customers’ needs.

Who are we?

MK Pumps & Motors Ltd was established in 2003 by Paul Bell and Paul Cramphorn, bringing together over 40 year’s experience in the motor rewind and engineering trade.

Our company’s policy is to find the best solution for our customer, taking the time not only to repair failed equipment but to determine the reason for the failure and to re-engineer to remove the problem. We have an open mind to any problem and options to supply, repair or modify from the many services we can offer.

We have learnt that customers want to deal with someone who can give them answers and solution quickly, with this in mind, both Paul Bell and Paul Cramphorn are hands on directors, working closely within the workshops and are on hand at all times to talk to our customer or visit sites to fully understand the requirements.

We understand that no two customers or factories are the same, and therefore take the time to understand the customers operations, requirements and needs, in order to give the best possible service to each individual client keeping up with any changes that occur.
